Hepatitis C Characterization Study

Hepatitis C Characterization Study aims to identify appropriate assays to use in Africa for screening potential trial volunteers for Hepatitis C infection. The study will also characterize the type of viruses in our population. Under this activity one of our staff has enrolled to perform some of this work as part of his MSc research project. The work is done in collaboration with the UVRI-MRC at UVRI.
